ABCD 2012 Europe’s security and defence policies: a time of change?

Rob de Wijk will take part, as a panellist, in this year’s Annual Baltic Conference on Defence (ABCD). The conference will be held in Tallinn, Estonia, on Thursday 20 September. The theme will be Europe’s security and defence policies in a time of change.
