Marjolein de Ridder is in Brussels for the final Polinares conference “Accessing Oil, Gas and Minerals in a Changing World” (More information available here). HCSS participates in Polinares, a research project on EU policy on natural resources funded by the European Commission. The project aims to identify the main global challenges relating to competition for access to resources, and to propose new approaches to collaborative solutions.
