On September 12, a team from the Centre of Excellence for National Security, a research unit of the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS) at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore will visit HCSS.
As a professional graduate school of international affairs, RSIS focuses on the training of diplomats, military officers, journalists, investment bankers and researchers. Through CENS, RSIS actively contributes to local and regional intellectual capital by analyzing emerging national security concerns. In this capacity, CENS works closely with Singapore's National Security Coordination Secretariat in the Prime Minister's Office.
This visit is part of CENS' continuing efforts to consolidate and establish new networks with European thought leaders in the areas of Cyber-Security, Radicalization Studies, Social Resilience, and Strategic/Crisis Communications.
Michel Rademaker is a senior policy analyst and deputy director of HCSS. He has a degree in Transport and Logistics, obtained at the University of Tilburg.

Stephan de Spiegeleire is senior scientist at HCSS. He has Master's degrees from the Graduate Institute in Geneva and Columbia University in New York, as well as a C.Phil. degree in Political Science from UCLA.
