Russia and Turkey have resumed talks on a the Turkish Stream pipeline, despite the current political upheaval in Turkey. That said, it remains unlikely for Turkish Stream to supply gas beyond Turkey as many key-obstacles remain, says Sijbren de Jong to Bloomberg.
